Christmas Create

This week we have been completing a Christmas Create choice board. Here are the activities I completed. I made a christmas slide with my friend Kealan together. I also made some art.

Kapa Haka

 I was part of the Kapa Haka group this year. Here is our final performance out side because of covid-19 

Te Whare Tapa Wha

 This year we have been learning about Te Whare Tapa Wha and how it helps us. We made a slide to show the things we do to help us for each part. We need to keep all parts of our whare strong to be happy, healthy and safe.

Thank you Letter

 A few weeks ago, instead of our camp to Coopers Beach, we went on a day trip to KawaKawa and had a sleepover at school. Our awesome parent helpers came along to supervise us. Here is a letter I wrote to say thank you.

Vaseline Saucer

 For pet day 2021 we created Vaseline Saucers.  We made a design and thought about symmetry and patterns.  Then on Pet day we used our designs to help us with creating our work.  Here is my DLO for my Vaseline

 This week in writing we have been looking at recounts and how we can improve our writing.  We started looking at our writing rubrics and understanding how to find what level pieces of writing are.

For T-Shaped literacy we got to learn about Conservation.  Here is a create task I made.  It is a slide about endangered pandas.  1 thing I enjoyed was doing it with my mates.  1 thing I learned was pandas are very endangered.

scrach meets Google meet

Over the last week I have been working on a scrach project that helps my audience understand how to use google meet effcctively when in a class call.  We had to add our voice to the scrach project so that when someone clicks the icon it pops up with my voice.  

Ngā āhua - Shapes
